Invaulable support and guidance
“Shona’s amazing support and guidance she gave us with our little Teddy was invaluable! Bringing a new puppy into our home was so exciting but also a little overwhelming – we had no idea where to start. From the start we felt so reassured.
Teddy loved the practical classes at the Southern Highlands Veterinary Centre, and so did we! The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and full of fun. We learned everything from how to stop biting and jumping to teaching him to listen to us and settle down when needed. The socialization tips were priceless, and it was wonderful to see Teddy interact positively with other puppies and people.
The e-book and training tutorials were a huge help at home, and having access to expert advice throughout the course was a lifesaver when questions popped up.
Thanks to Shona, Teddy is turning into such a well-behaved and happy little pup and we feel so much more confident as puppy parents. Highly recommend to anyone starting their puppy journey!”
